Alsace is to the French what Friuli is to Italians: the extreme East of the country, apparently distant but omnipresent from the point of view of wines. This land, on the banks of the Rhine river, gives rise to generous and prevalently white grapes, from the Pinot Blanc to the Sylvaner, up to the typical Muscat d’Alsace. A small treasure trunk of wonders all to be discovered without haste. And then you are always in time to plan a trip there.
